H1-B Visas funding Scholarships to train the scientists and engineers of the future.
- Revised H-1B visa program to insure corporations can get the workers and expertise they need by allowing corporations pay for the H-1B Visa outside of the lottery program or in place of the lottery program. The funding generated would be then used for Interns Across America and Scholarships across America. Each H-1B Visa purchased would provide one scholarship or one internship.
- Additional corporate and private grants, corporate cost sharing and government programs.
- This will allow companies to be assured they get and retain the talent they need to succeed and provide a substantial income stream to educate new students in the STEM fields that can one day provide the U.S. talent needed to maintain and increase its technology leadership position.
